Collector Car Depot operates as a marketing service provider and facilitator. * No Ownership: We do not purchase, own, or maintain an inventory of vehicles. We are not a second-hand vehicle trader.

• Direct Possession: All vehicles remain in the exclusive custody and care of the Seller until a sale is finalized and funds are cleared.
• Service Scope: Our role is limited to professional advertising, identifying potential buyers, and facilitating communication. We are not a party to the final contract of sale.

2. Vehicle Information and Sale Terms

• Sales: All transactions are conducted on an "as-is, where is" basis.
• Information Accuracy: Vehicle descriptions are provided in good faith based solely on information supplied by the Seller. Collector Car Depot does not verify, warrant, or guarantee the accuracy of seller claims, the mechanical condition of vehicles, or the legal validity of titles.
• Independent Risk: All transactions occur at the sole risk of the buyer and seller.

3. Buyer Due Diligence

ALL PROSPECTIVE BUYERS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED to conduct thorough due diligence prior to purchase.

This includes:

• In-Person Inspection: Arranging a physical inspection of the vehicle.
• Professional Consultation: Engaging an independent mechanic or registered vehicle inspector to verify condition and details.
• Virtual Inspection: Utilizing our detailed photography or requesting a live video connection (e.g., WhatsApp, FaceTime, Zoom) to view the vehicle remotely.

4. Facilitation and Privacy

To ensure the legitimacy of the marketplace, Collector Car Depot may request a potential buyer’s driver’s license, email address, and phone number before connecting them with a Seller.

• Data Handling:If a buyer chooses not to proceed after an inspection, their personal details are deleted from our active records.
• Direct Communication: Once vetted, the Seller and Buyer are encouraged to communicate directly to discuss the vehicle.

5. Financial Facilitation & Reciept of Sale

If a price is agreed upon:

• Documentation: Collector Car Depot assists the Seller in preparing a formal Reciept of Sale, which documents the vehicle status and encumbrance declarations. The final purchase receipt is a contract directly between the Buyer and the Seller.
• Fund Management: Collector Car Depot can provide management of a vehicle deposit to secure the Vehicle. Payment is then made to the Owner/Seller directly of the final full amount.
• Fees: Collector Car Depot receives a fee from the Seller as per the Marketing Service Provider Facilitator Agreement. There is no buyer’s premium charged to the Buyer.
